<h6>Adding information to contact fields</h6>
To add basic information to contact fields:
<OL>
<LI> Enter the contact's name in the Contact field.
<LI>(Optional) Tap in or tab to the Company field, then enter the company name.
<LI>Continue entering contact information in each of the fields. You are not required to enter data in any of the fields.
</OL>
<p>Some of the fields, such as Title, Department, and City, include drop-down lists from which you can choose an item instead of typing it into the field. When you tap in any of these fields, a button appears, indicating that the field contains a drop-down list.
